Over three decades, I've built businesses from the ground up, sat beside executives navigating some of their most defining moments, shaped rooms full of people into teams, coordinated events that moved people, developed brands that found their voice, and coached clients who arrived uncertain and left transformed.
Working across business strategy, marketing, events, executive support and coaching, I've developed a reputation for one thing above all else: getting it done, and getting it done well. I've taken businesses from concept to operation, developed brand voices that cut through noise, produced events that people still talk about, and worked alongside executives who needed more than an assistant; they needed a trusted, high-calibre partner who could think three steps ahead and execute with precision.
Bowman Collective is the convergence of all of it. Not a pivot, not a reinvention, but a gathering of everything I've learned, lived, and led, brought together under one roof and offered to the people and organisations who are ready to do meaningful work.
What I've come to understand is this: genuine expertise isn't narrow. The strategist who has coached knows how people actually change. The executive partner who has run her own business understands what's at stake. The coach who has worked globally brings a perspective that a single-discipline approach simply cannot.
